GreenTree ↔ Magento — Business Guide
These guides explain, in plain language, how information flows between the MYOB Greentree system and the RLB online store (Magento) — no code required. They are written for non-technical readers: sales, operations, finance and support staff who need to understand what the integration does and when.
Authoring in progress (RLB-28)
The full step-by-step guides are being written under RLB-28. The site, navigation and diagrams (RLB-29) are ready; the walkthroughs land here as RLB-28 progresses.
The big picture
The store and the ERP keep each other up to date automatically. Two things happen:
- Greentree keeps the store stocked and priced — product details, prices and stock levels flow from Greentree into the store.
- The store sends orders back to Greentree — when a customer checks out, the order flows from the store into Greentree to be fulfilled and invoiced.
